SYNOPSIS: Fred Sommers has proposed marriage to widow Kate Maxwell a million times, but she has
always refused the offer out of loyalty to the husband she loved who has been presumed dead in an
accident in the Pacific. Alone in the park one night, Kate is stalked by a murderous suitor, but is protected
from his advances by the spirit of her dead husband.

COMMENTARY: A protective apparition materializes at just the right moment to save his wife from harm
in this episode about "letting go" of the past. The ghost of Jim Maxwell not only saves his wife from a creepy
stalker, his appearance demonstrates to Kate that it is time to move on with her life . . .
